Thumbnail: A Saab 900 in its natural habitat. a rare car-creature thats famous for its long life and performance. PS: keep up the Repair videos. they are very great help when i have to work on my SAAB 900S (removing engine and all that). By the way. my braking system isnt working well. i have to press the brake pedal very hard. its like that the pressure accumulator isnt working (my 900 from 1993 has ABS) or could the failure be in the Vakuum System. what does the vakuum hoses/system has to do with the braking system and the pressure accumulator anyways? can you help me with that? if it is the accumulator do i have to replace it with a original SAAB part or can i use the Pressure accumulator from a Opel Calibra/vectra A or from a Jaguar aswell?
Thank you, my friend. Yes, the versions with the ABS brakes have often the problem with hard pedal. Some say it is normal even if the brake system works as it should. My pedal is also hard. There is one procedure to test the accumulator. I do not remember 100% for sure, but with the ignition on, you pump the pedal and count. If the ABS compressor start to run before you reach about 20 pumps, the accu is bad.
@@TerjeNormann thanks. i try that when i can start working on my 900. sorry for my bad english, i am from germany so, yeah ^_^ well the brake system was in good shape, but suddenly over night "puff" the pedal was hard and the brake-light turned on from now on. i gotta test it out.
E6 from Jessheim to Trondheim. E39 from Trondheim to Molde, and ferry over to Vestnes. Then cutting off at Vestnes, by E136 from Vestnes to a small place Soggebru. Then FV63 from Soggebru passing the Trollstigen and to Valldal/Sylte. Then the ferry over after Sylte to Eidsdal. Keep on following FV63 through Geiranger and keep on to where it ends up at RV 15. Take left and follow RV15 to a small place Randen. There take right, by FV51. This is what we call the "Valdresflyen". Following the FV51 over to Fagernes, then E16 to Bjørgo. Then FV33 from there through Dokka and taking off at Fluberg. From there FV34 from Fluberg along Randsfjorden down to Jaren. Follow RV4 from Jaren to Grua, and cut off by E16 over to Gardermoen/Jessheim. E = Europa veg RV = Riks veg FV = Fylkes veg

I live 40km north of Oslo, and from Oslo to Trondheim is just about 1/3 of the distance to Tromsø. I have never been in Tromsø, but I have been even further north... at Lakselv, Karasjok and Tana.
