I thought I'd leave some simple tip for the protein bars here incase you don't have a protein on hand! -substitute for 1 1/4 cups of oat flour instead (you can also use almond flour instead of oat flour!)

You inspire me! I will be 68 on Friday (12th) and I am beginning my own challenge. I have been doing bits and pieces, but now I'm putting together all the things that work for me. Who knows the person I will be when I turn 69! I love how you encourage but you don't put out this "you have to follow me or you fail" attitude. Thank you!

I love your videos! You always motivate me to try new things. On a side note, my daughter is just like you - she doesn't have celiac - but she started avoiding gluten back in the fall and feels sooo much better.

Aww that makes me so happy! Yes! I’m so glad to hear she’s feeling better! Gluten can impact people differently but often when you remove it when you have issues you notice how much better you feel really quickly!

Thank you for sharing your fertility journey! I know it is a rough thing to go through as I have been also trying for over three years and I know how hard it is to talk about. It is nice to know that we are not alone and sometimes sharing what others do maybe helpful in our journey. God bless and baby dust to you! I watched this episode and realized I don’t get nearly enough protein in my daily routine!

So excited for you. Love all of the changes you are making. I hope it is helping you to sleep better, feel better, all the good things to help you meet your goals. What is TTC diet. I am assuming its fertility related? Yay! Goals....I pray it helps. 🙏 You inspire me to make protein bars instead of protein balls. Probably way less work too so thanks. ❤

TTC- trying to conceive❤️ it’s part of the beginning of everyone’s fertility journey! And the bars or balls are equally as good but sometimes it’s fun to change shape!

I’m so excited for you guys!! Those birthday cake bars are perfect, can’t wait to try - and it was just my birthday :) I appreciate you sharing that you’re needing protein at your meals. I’m the same. To be honest, I need more fat than ss would typically do as well. My weight has a tendency to drop very low quickly if not. Everyone’s body is unique and may require different things for certain periods. Which is totally fine right. I love this video. Your channel feels like such a safe space to say this. How do you make your tofu? Are you marinating and seasoning? I didn’t catch that part! Thanks for your inspiration and I love watching your cheerful and fun videos!

I just season it, usually whatever sounds good! Cut into chunks and bake at 350-400 until the outside it a bit crispy. Usually about 25 minutes than I put it in the fridge and usually reheat in a skillet! I like to make larger batches so I have it easy on hand to add to meals makes meal making quick

These protein bars are a great idea - i made them a little modified with what i had at hand and they are delicious (i used vivolife vanilla protein powder, powdered oats +wheat, apple sauce and crunchy peanut butter - i would have loved to add lemon extract, but i did not have it at hand, maybe i add lemon zest next time). How long do you keep them? I also try to add more protein and protein powders are just sooo convenient and take away a lot of stress.

I have zero signs of thyroid disfunction❤️ thyroid signs are typically depression, anxiety, insomnia, excessive weight gain none of which I have
