I was overjoyed to find this particular practice on this particular day! I am coming back to your channel following a March mastectomy and 12 chemo treatments. Guess what? I felt the burn, which tells me I am on the way back to yoga! Very grateful. Thank you...dorothy leblanc

Oh my goodness! That green! I spent so much time (and $$$) buying green samples back when we built that room , and testing them on the walls and then essentially created my own blend! When we recently repainted my painters matched it. email me at foreversusannah@gmail.com and I'll send you the formula.

Thanks Doreen! Best done 5 days a week. And for great bone strengthening results I highly recommend training with weights, ALSO twice a week!
