Spike Proteins Disrupt Nitric Oxide
Let's review how the spike protein alone can cause dysregulation of the ACE2 bearning cells. One important mechanism is the reduction in the expression of the endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) enzyme. Let's review.

I’d love to see information related to female cycles. I’ve been trying to find more specific research related to post-Covid infection or vaccination effects on menstruation. I have talked to several young females (early 30’s) who have experienced thicker viscosity and increased flow during cycles-And their cycles pause roughly 2 days in for a day or two and then resume. Mine is the same, but with definite clots. My practitioner chalked it up to perimenopause for me because I’m early 40’s. But I find these symptoms (that began post Covid for all of us to be more than “coincidence”…and my younger friends aren’t old enough to be brushed off with age-related quasi-“explanation.”

Well now, I am intrigued by the L-argenine and L-citruline aspects brought up by this presentation by Mobeen. I spent some time searching Pubmed, and noticed interesting studies on these molecules in association with consumption of watermelon. You might want to check it out yourself. IMHO

Thank you so much that was an answer to a burning question I've wanted for a long time. I've focused on keeping my immune system strong but needed good understanding on the role of nitric oxide and how to maintain its levels. Good work much appreciated.

I've read that you can increase your NO by breathing through your nose and humming on exhalation like in the techniques used in Bhramari Pranayama. Could the increased levels of NO's produced in the paranasal sinuses using this breathing technique lead to the damaging effects of iNOS you discussed if done excessively? Some say to limit repetitions of this technique and rest between cycles while others suggest the more it is done, the more beneficial effects it can have on some chronic illnesses.

So, if faldalafil use every day helps ED by increasing NO, and that effect could also extend to smooth muscle of endothelium in brain blood vessels to dilate for better RBC flow to supply O2 to neuron mitochondria to possibly help AD, does that NO increase reaching immune system cells become an adverse effect that offsets the dilation effectiveness? L-argenine might be a better help toward a similar improvement, but w/o the risks of adverse immune stimulation?

Is there a fix for spike protein in your system, as it appears to do damage. What can be done ?

You might want to look at his video about Nattokinese. As far as I know right now, Nattokinese has 2 actions that are beneficial to stay healthy. First one is it dissolves small blood clots. The 2nd thing is does is it makes the spike protein weak or inactive. This is what I think he says in his video. So glad to find out these clues.:)

Ok, but what is the treatment, how long does it take for it to take effect? I've seen on the internet about the use of Bromelain, Curcumin, NAC, Quercetin to help reduce inflammation in the body from endotheliitis
