Hi, it is a great workout and really works. I have been doing it for only 15 days and already see results. I don't have a six pack yet of course but my belly fat is dissapearing and my waist is smaller and more defined. I workout 2 days then rest 1 day. I also do some squats,plie and arm workouts after this one for half an hour. My legs are slimmer and toned already. Keep working out guys, you will see at least some improvement in 2 weeks. At first maybe 5 or 6 days it feels like nothing is changing but after that suddenly you will improve. Don't expect miracles but workout regularly and you will see how different you feel and look. If you find a workout challenging don't give up keep doing as much as you can. Just be careful with your posture and form but try your best. Whatever you can do will benefit you. And believe me it will get easier. Good luck everyone. Thank you Holly for great workouts. Update: i have 2 lines now even my mother said she was jealous and will start working out. Update 2 :my waist is 4 cm smaller after 2 months but if i was more consistent it would be better. Also of course i am not a professional like Holly but i feel for lower abs you need couple of floor exercises as well.

I'm overweight, do absolutely no excersise and this is my first day. I managed to do 8 minutes with two 20s breaks and tbh I'm proud I managed to do that much considering I hardly move at all. I want to get my weight down before I go back to university and I'm really hoping I can stick to this! 💪

@@isaa.5187 maybe its because you don't tighten your core when you exhale? I keep my abs tightened all the time, even more when I exhale. Or maybe its your posture? I feel my abs better on the right side than on the left, I suppose its because of my scoliosis 🤷

Day one! I am 57 and find it very difficult to slip in a workout routine on the days that I work. I’m up at 5:30, work a 10 hour shift as a nurse and I get home at 6:30 wiped out. I can definitely squeeze this in before work! It was a great work out. I will continue as my morning routine 🤗

My favorite workout was the ab punching with open hands. I felt that one was most effective for my abs. I definitely felt it.

Jasmin Flowerz Holly and this belly dancer have incredible torsos. So much is genetic but we can certainly burn fat while contouring. I tried some of these belly dancing moves and incredibly challenging and requires alot of control to make waves in belly and great endurance. Another one to watch is a male belly dancer Rashid Alexander and what he does with his abs. Both these dancers have incredible core strength and aesthetics..front and back. Doesn't Holly have some ballet background? ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Umbc51pAv2o.html and then this easy,manual "test" will tell you how many "cans" you can achieve. Can also feel if you have an "ab crack" which is really coveted. ooppss,will have to link it separately.

Excellent work! The last exercise was the best, I felt my obliques harden as I raised my leg for the crunch. I needed this. At least I’m not fighting gravity too much this time. 👍

I loved your exercises; so effective. I had to pause to take a bit of a rest because I am so out of shape, but I am glad you did the 10 consecutive minutes so that I can work up to that and have a video that isn't constantly pausing to talk and explain. So efficient. Thank you so much.

Trying this for 15 days ~ Day 1: ✔ Day 2: ✔ Day 3: ✔ ( It got a little easier ) Day 4: ✔ ( I will die that was hard ) Day 5: ✔ ( I was tired but I did it! ) • 10 days left and I finish the challenge and I didn't see results so far Day 6: ✔ Day 7: ✔ • Seven days passed and I don't see any results maybe because I am not in diet My period started today 🙂 Soooo my period finished before 3 or more days and I didn't start work outing again because I have no motivation to continue but I get some small results in 1 week, I didn't take measurements but I see small visual results... •Results: my lower belly is a little smaller you can get better results if you continue doing this workout.. goodluck ❤❤.

Guys! I did this after an overeating day, and It really helped! I did this plus the 1 week flat abs challenge. I've never seen results so fast! and I've tried the most popular abs workout videos on youtube, but they worked after many days. Hi Holly! I don't know how you are doing it but your ab workouts are making my abs work again! I have had diastasis recti for 2 years since having my son and all the physical therapists would tell me is it's not as bad as other women's, but their exercises weren't doing anything. Yesterday for the first time I felt the exercises work after doing this routine. Thank you my dear!!!

Love how fast this workout starts and ends 🙏.... I don't do the fast footwork for cardio, only a variation moving my arms. Prefer the toning of core and obliques. 🙌👍

I’m going to be updating this for a week ❤️ Day 1: I’m super sweaty and I saw results right away, I’m less bloated and I feel more energized. This workout is a bit hard and I felt some pain doing the punches but it seems to be targeting all the right areas and it’s a good workout at the end of the day 😩💕

Hi Holly! I'm a subscriber of yours just wanna suggest that you put some 10secs or more interval between each exercise because some of us can't catch-up to do the next exercise lovelots holly!

Thank you Holly, it really works on me, accompanied with diet.My officemate also did it as they saw it work on me. I started doing this exercise and tone your arm last April 28 this year to this writing. From 56 to 51kg now, waist 30" 28" now, and arm 12" to 10" now. Through your workout I love to do it almost everyday. Very big thanks and God Bless. ❤

I like this one specifically that she does not waste the time ! She really makes you sweat like crazy in short time ! Being a mom with no time I can do this excercise with her anytime! I love this intense workout!!! Xoxo
