I’ve been binge watching his content for 2 days now. I started the no contact a week ago. She’s willing to meet in 3-4 weeks but said that she wants me to work on myself. I’ve already started. Started to hit the gym again and set up a therapy session. I want my love back. Wish me luck!

Craig is right: trust no contact. I've been marrierd for 15 years and I felt I went insane when my soon to be exwife left me on my birthday and then ghosted me. The first two weeks were hell, but after a month I really feel better and I can now see the past relationship with more peace and clarity.

I have no sympathy for cheaters, emotional / physical...friends with benefits, it doesn’t matter. It hurts so much being cheated on. It affects us how we see everything in life because we were betrayed. Cheaters have instant gratification but then realizes it wasn’t worth it once they realize they lost a good thing.

coach craig. i wish i had found you a year ago. i made all the mistakes trying to get my ex back. it took me a full year to get over her. i dated alot in that year and finally found a woman thats even better and i am proud of. im trying not to mess this 1 up. yoir videos help me with that endeavour.

You’re right about not listening to friends and family! Now I’d rather listen to your videos every night. It calms me and gives me hope that everything will get better in time. I simply have to trust the process. If only everyone listening to your videos will meet up in person, then everyone dumped will be in a huge support group!

The day I told my gf on a year that I wasn't taking an interstate job because I didn't want to lose our awesome connection, she felt trapped. I thought I was demonstrating that she was my priority. She thought it was going to lead to marriage. I wasn't planning that but she couldn't see it any other way. Sad.

I broke up with my boyfriend twice because he just would not commit to me I listened to advise on utube telling me I had to be willing to walk away. I still love him and couldn't follow through now he thinks I manipulated him and he won't come back to me now. I have tried talking to him but he said something snapped and now he doesn't want me anymore. I am doing NC now because I was trying to talk to him but he was pulling away even further. this is exactly my case same age gap same reasons except i never kissed anyone. he was on dating apps for 3 months so i told him i will leave and he said i cant commit anymore. He contacted me few days back with a thank you for 2.5 yrs note and put up a pic on his story of how amazing am i after i told him its ok we are all humans and make mistakes. he comments on my stories but hasnt asked to get back yet. i love him and want to work things out.

Hi! Can you make a video about fear of commitment ? When he broke up with me my ex said he started having doubts after I first said "I love you". He said it back months later but now he's saying he wasn't sure about it. We were together for a year and a half. During the break up he said he had feelings for me but wasn't "in love enough" and that I wasn't the woman of his life. Is he just scared? Do I still have a chance?

except that i didn't kiss anyone else lmao, but my ex girlfriend after a year of being together one day said that she doesnt love me the same anymore, i didn't do anything wrong she says but the past month she just doesn't feel the same, she said she wants to be friends and maybe one day she might regain feelings for me, but i declined the offer of friendship and said i hope she does to, i love her very much and i hope by doing no contact she may return to me but for now i'm working on myself i guess, did i do the right thing?

Joemar Castillo if you broke it, then there is not "continuing " is starting. Every time you talk to your ex you have to start over but while you start over, they are progressivly getting over you.

Look ladies, if ur in a relationship, THINK before u decide to deceive ur partner and know that IF u still go thru with it....there is a possible chance ur relationship WILL be over and u must be ok with it.

My ex told me, the day her feelings changed was when i turned down a good job interstate, as I loved what we had and I didnt want to lose our beautiful relationship . We had been dating for a year. She said it made her question if she saw herself marrying me and she didnt. I wonder if she just wasnt ready for anything long term, as her 16 year marriage had only ended a few mths before meeting me. Im now 7 month no contact. She was the love of my life but ive let her go and im moving on as best as I can. I think she was curious to also experience dating other people which I can understand, though its quite painful.

Ugh I was no contact like for the third attempt this time I didn’t reach out at all for a month, then I receive a text a day before w an invitation for his daughter bday so I answered ty (didn’t want to be rude and she adores me) then next day he sends me a happy bday message so I again I say ty. Then his mom Saturday said if I could come over so I could get my gift from her and guess what his daughter gave me a gift saying he brought it for me. It was an expensive gift! So I felt I had to tell him ty. I did wrong? Also should I go to the bday party for his daughter she begged me when she saw me. Oh for the note he wast home when the gifts were given to me.

It's better that they break up now because the age difference would've caused problems later down the line anyway. Ok, so she messed up by kissing another guy, but she just needs to learn her lesson and move on to someone in her age range or with the same life experience as her. Men and women in their early twenties are not ready to settle down with anybody. They're literally barely out of your teens.

I've been cheated on, I don't know if she kissed or just emotionally (hugging, holding hands, or just flirting?) because she keeps me in the dark, but I'm 100% certain that the emotional cheating was there, because they both said they were dating before she even broke up with me. This alone dropped her value in my eyes to nearly zero, but then my separation anxiety kicked in so I started chasing her. After a few weeks as my anxiety dropped her value dropped exponentially. And since then I'm pretty sure they've already hooked up and her value is beneath zero for me. So yeah, I'm pretty sure he is right here. A woman's value can drop extremely fast in a man's eyes if she is unfaithful.

What if theyve reached out a few times, and called you... And what if your not sure if you acted properly during the call.. Like i believe i handled myself well, but im not sure.. She did most of the talking, but i did ask to see if she wanted to come over a certain day, she said it was a school night for her son, so i suggested for that weekend.. Idk what to do.
