First of all praises to God 🙌 then Nasias Davos program l successfuly after 30 years of inhaling nicotine managed to stop and never looked back. I indeed egree with Nasia that it is mainly a mental addiction which needs fixing! lve been a happy non-smoker for 1 year and 11 months now 🎉 Thank you again for doing what you're doing 🌹

447 days smoke free! MENTALLY I told myself $11.91 a pack is CRAZY, so thanks to this lady I quit and manage to stay quit.

Not the nicotine. Nicotine mimics acetylcholine in the body aka the things that make your muscles contract. Which is why you feel heavy

At nearly $30.00/pack, I quit 5 months ago, cold turkey. Smoking is a relationship, not a habit. Ending a bad relationships is easy, but, ending a relationship that you still enjoy is hard. The main reasons for why I smoked was not for pleasure, it was boredom. Even after occupying myself with many other things, I still get cravings because I enjoyed it, hence, missing it. I was, and am a very fit person, able to run 10km a day, even when I smoked. I do not notice any easier breathing, (smoked for 20 years), nor smelling better because I never smoked in my car or house, and always brushed my teeth after. I quit because I know smoking cigarettes is not a good healthy choice, but mostly, the COST!! I smoked 2 packs a week. My overall motivation was monetary. I still miss it, but won't smoke cigarettes anymore.

I’m 6 days smoke free, but in the last 26 days I’ve only smoked twice, after smoking a pack a day or more for the last 6 years. I started when I was 17 and now I’m 23. For a few months in 2018 I smoked 2.5 packs a day; chainsmoking all the time. I’ve tried to quit so many times, with or without patches, and I’d never made it more than a day before, but after I started watching these videos I finally got to that point where I just finally said, “I’m done. I have to be done.” These videos have helped so much. I’ve already saved $293.92 in the 26 days since I quit, and I’m so grateful for these videos. ❤

Thank you for providing all this content for free! I quit cold turkey 4 days ago. I was unprepared, but I came across your videos as the withdrawals started to kick in. I came to find out how long the physical cravings would last, but I got stuck binge watching to learn more about the systematic approach to behavior change with a mindful touch. Thank you again, you shine light and gave me a map on what was previously the dark and unknown road of quitting

I have been nicotine free for 2 months now thanks to this method. I am over the cravings, but still have the odd thought, "Wouldn't it be nice just to sit and have a cigarette." This has lead me to fail so often in the past, but not this time.

Thank you l needed this it’s been 5 weeks no smoking and I’m awake at 3 am in a bad mood l know it’s the dopamine levels but l can’t see myself going back l just have to watch these and keep going

i quit smoking once, i used patches for 6 months too help with craving. i couldn’t stop the patches until one day i forgot too wear it and felt nothing during the day. i quit the patch that same minute! before this i would need too feel the nicotine from the patch enter my bloodstream, i used too feel that i couldn’t go the day without it-until that one day i forgot it was on, i knew then it was all a trick

Before when I got stressed, I would automatically smoke. But now it's been months since I smoked even though I still get anxious. This channel has really helped and yes I think addiction to smoking is mental

I quit a couple of years ago and started again after several months.. I really regret that.. but for me, when I did quit, I found it easier to NOT count the days, I didn't keep track of when that last day was (so definitely it's mental). I am about to quit again and determined to keep it out of my life for good. Thanks for your help.

I think it’s both. It’s intertwined. The body can affect the psychological functions. Every thought in the mind is a chemical reaction.

Yes i do. I started smoking at 12yrs old and im 19 now. I use strong snus and smoke. Its really hell i feel like i cant be an day without it. I really hope that i can stop oneday

❤ I love how you explain the mental addiction. Rewatching your videos after quitting is so awesome because I now have an emotional AND logical experience for my brain to link positive thoughts with being a non smoker. When I was first learning your method, the logic was there but I hadn't yet experienced the emotional freedom through my own actions. Now, both feel aligned so anytime I rewatch one of your videos, my brain is benefiting even more! Off topic, but I love all your blouses too! So unique! ❤

I wake up to smoke regularly throughout the night. So it does eake me up. Dmoke about 15-20 a day.

Being woken up because of the addiction is highly unlikely if not impossible, yet at the same time it may seem true. For example, you may be waking up to drink water, go to the bathroom, or because of an uncomfortable position or alcohol-related insomnia (just some common scenarios) and then your mind is awake and tells you to smoke. Smoking did not cause the waking up, it came as a consequence. What will help next time you wake up mid-night, is to become immediately mindful of what woke you up. You'll know.

For the last 8 years I smoke 7 cigarettes before bed at night. I smoke until so intoxicated I pass out. Smoking has hijacked me. Nicotine acts like a gate keeper to my sleep. 8 years of this.

Many people do. If anything, I can speak for how I used to view it. If something I say doesn't apply to you it doesn't mean you're being patronized. Take what you find most beneficial. Also, read the comments below and you'll see what other people feel.

Just because you don't feel that cigarettes are your friend, doesn't mean others don't feel that way. I DO have that association, and part of the CBQ program focuses on seeing cigarettes for who they REALLY are, not who I THOUGHT they were all this time.
