What’s up RU-vid tribe! Welcome back to the channel. Today, we're diving into a full-body workout for Valentine’s day. If you're looking to challenge every muscle in your body today you're in the right place. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced athlete, this workout is designed to target strength and conditioning while you control the resistance of the exercise selection given like we do on my programs.

The Workout:
Warm up:
Jump rope- 1 min
90/90 shin box- 30s
Modified pigeon- 8 reps/side
Shoulder circles- 8 reps
Circuit 1: 3 sets
Goblet elevated squat- 12 reps
Bear ISO hold- 30s
30s A skip
Circuit 2: 3 sets
Squat with lateral lunge- 6 squats + 12 lunges
¼ Turkish get up- 8reps/side
Band shuffle- 30s
Circuit 3: 3 sets
KB step back- 8 reps/side
All fours straight leg fire hydrant- 8 reps/side
Skiers- 30s
Cool down:
All fours ab stretch
Child’s pose
All fours modified pigeon- 30s/side
Arm circles
Hip flexor stretch both sides

Before the lock down I stared fallowing and doing Massy’s workout’s and I love them all. The way she explains and does the workout’s with you is amazing. And yes her body is Perfect, hard work and dedication pays off. I am a personal trainer and watching her and the other few people that I follow it has helped me so much because the focus and the explanation and making sure your body is fit and looks the part two train your clients is so important to me in a main goal of mine. Thank you so much for this workout. It's just what I needed to get me set to go again. Massy's ability to describe the positions as she goes along is incredible. It allows you to flow through movements without having to pause and focus more on looking and figuring things out, which takes away entirely from your workout. Thank you Massy.

I did this today for my full body day and during I was thinking if I need something more intense but when I was just about done, I realized it was perfect and I was dripping sweat, more than all my workouts this past week. Thanks for the workout and your dedication 💪 Oh and I discovered through this WO, the KB Stepback is one of my new favs, simple but super effective and burns

Before working out. What should be the mindset? I ask because I started my year in anger. No excuse why. But I'm waking up everyday feeling upset about my health. And im either in the gym or exercising everyday 3x 1-2 hrs. Am I overworking? I don't feel tired

Thanks for this!! you mentioned obliques on the fire hydrants, did you mean more so for stability? I def feel those through my glutes, but wondering if I should be cuing to get more obliques? Also did the KB step back with one leg for amping up stability

My theory listen to your body but still love. I wear a baggy tee as I bloat for a few days…and do something like walking in fresh air rather than gym. Take the time to eat well and rest if poss xx

Easy, don't exercise while on your period!!! Why do you want to push yourself during that time? Do you exercise every single day? Or if you don't want a break - go walking
