The Workout:
Warm up:
Jump rope- 1 min
90/90 shin box- 30s
Modified pigeon- 8 reps/side
Shoulder circles- 8 reps
Circuit 1: 3 sets
Goblet elevated squat- 12 reps
Bear ISO hold- 30s
30s A skip
Circuit 2: 3 sets
Squat with lateral lunge- 6 squats + 12 lunges
¼ Turkish get up- 8reps/side
Band shuffle- 30s
Circuit 3: 3 sets
KB step back- 8 reps/side
All fours straight leg fire hydrant- 8 reps/side
Skiers- 30s
Cool down:
All fours ab stretch
Child’s pose
All fours modified pigeon- 30s/side
Arm circles
Hip flexor stretch both sides
