It's rooted in biphobia, not quite the same as just being spicy. I mean identify however you want but they're the same thing unless you're biphobic.

@@scoobydude1999 bisexual means attraction to same and different. It always had. Attraction to the same gender as yours and different genders to yours. The only argument pansexuals use to differentiate is 'pansexual includes trans people'. Since bisexuality was named it has been clear that it's trans-inclusive, moreso than gay/lesbian groups have been, so painting any bisexual as inherently transphobic is both transphobic (implying that no trans people are their gender) and biphobic. It also implies that bisexuals are purely sexual and only care about their partners bodies, which is a common stereotype, and that pansexuals care about the personality of the person. Do you see why that's a problem?
