@@happymood7238 sure dear, daily neraya protein and fibre sapdunga daily 1 hour walking, Nalla active ah irunga, kandipa kuraiyum, but may be time aagum, I will make a detailed video on that

Sugar and jaggery Ku same calories thaan ma, anything alava eduthukonga. I use jaggery powder always in my coffee and tea..
