Great info mate, thanks! I use a Baldwin BD7029 (they’re NOT cheap, lol), in my Hiace. It’s dual flow and used in many heavy duty diesel engines, but not sure if it’s dual element or not.
I bought the Toyota 90915-30002 on Amazon for $29 shipped, felt slightly violated. Found Mahle OC 275 on RockAuto for $18.53 shipped, decided to buy nine of them both filters weigh exactly the same. Mahle is made in Indonesia the Toyota filter was made in Thailand. The Mahle filter appears to be a dual-element as well, though I haven't confirmed.
