We we tired and sore and a bit apprehensive of doing a Tana class, but this was such a pleasant surprise! It definitely got us nice and sweaty and worked our whole bodies, but had much more deep stretching than most of your vinyasas. You are amazing - thank you for this swiss-army-knife practice!!

So many great comments below that I can’t enhance them! Thank you for this thoughtful, surprising, and challenging flow! The duration is great because it allows me to practice yoga daily instead of only once or (if I’m lucky) twice/week with a longer flow.
So great, I feel invigorated. I love your instruction! I would love some slightly longer flows, 40-45 min would be awesome on the days I have time to do them!
Whew, the twisting moon variation with a bind is super challenging, yet feels SOOOO good! My mind needed that too! My hips feel more open, love the hip opening stretches. Thank you so much! 🙏💖

Hi Tana! This flow was great for my stomach cramps but a bit challenging at the moment (thank you, COVID! 😬) Would you please consider making another, more gentle twisty flow for us folks who are poorly? 🤗

Great sequence. I'll do it again. Kudos for raising the production values of your video. In that regard, have you considered wall hangings to quash the jangly echo created in that space? You could draw on the textile artistry of South or East Africa to give your stage a unique accent. A four x six foot weaving or rug on the left and right walls would absorb the higher frequencies that make it harder to hear your cues.
