After Iris found out that her dude was gettin married, i wonder how long she had to wait until she got home to start crying. she had to finish work, get on a bus or a train, probably had to do a little bit of shopping and she walked the rest of the way getting home. holding that pain until you hit to your front door, that is impressive. i wouldve went to my workplace's bathroom and start crying.

It’s a holiday romcom but yes holiday is used to it’s English duality - meaning both the holiday season and vacation. It’s both and it’s definitely a dramatic romcom but I watch it every time it’s on 😅

This is my go to Christmas movie! I actually used this movie to model a British accent for a play I had to do in college, and I listened to Kate Winslet’s monologue like 100 times.

I stayed, Billy ;) The story about the elderly neighbor was the best B-story I’ve seen in a film. So wholesome.

something that always made me mad was that even after iris said "we both know i need to fall out of love with you, it'd be great if you let me try", jasper calls her and says shit like "i need you" and even flies all the way to LA, like........ iris also played in the part in this by never saying no to him, but he just gets all up in her space even after she said she needed to be away from him

#Bingers 'Last Holiday' with Queen Latifah‎. It's not a 'Christmas' movie but it does takes place during the Christmas season. It's a great movie for between Christmas and New Years eve.

Bro I'm going through my first break up at 24. She was the first girl I had even held hands with. We were together for four years and talking about marriage. She is gorgeous and I was punching well above my weight with her We met and she said no to dating originally. She's been abused, raped, and abandoned. I lost alot of friends in the beginning of the relationship. They said I could do better, that I couldn't turn a hoe into a house wife, that she was broken, and that if it was a struggle in the beginning to run. They couldn't have been more wrong brother. What she needed was strength, patience, love, compassion, and loyalty. I wasn't trying to change her. I saw an amazing person with enormous strength. Something she couldn't see in herself. Our relationship was the first time she ever saw the possibility of a happy future for her. She always figured she'd get killed by her ex or OD. She was sober our entire relationship and she's so proud to be clean. The beginning was almost impossible. She tried like hell to push me away because that is what she expected. That id leave if I got to know her. I stayed so she would see I was different. That I'm not a quitter. That I loved her and she was my partner. I worked on myself and helped her wherever she wanted the help. After our second year it was a beautiful love man. It can't be understated. 4 years down and she broke it off because she thinks I deserve better, that she doesn't deserve to be happy, and because she's scared I'll change. She knows she's self sabotaging and hopes that we are the right people at the wrong time. That one day the universe will bring us together again but only when we are happy with ourselves. The truth is as much sadness I'm trudging through right now I would do it all again. Even knowing what the outcome would be. I'm so glad I could give her happiness, hope, love, and the promise of a future. She didn't deserve anything that happened to her, but she does deserve to be happy. I would move heaven and earth for her to be happy. I just wanted share my two cents on love since we have different views. Also a time I was terrified and it worked out.. check it I raised my two sisters in high school alone. I raised them from 16-18 while I was 19-21. I worked 90 and 100 hour weeks to provide. I took them to school and spent what time I could with them. I was terrified I was going to break them. That I'd give the wrong advice or I couldn't step up to the plate. I was terrified. If that word can really describe that time in my life. They got scholarships and moved away for college. One is getting paid to attend. And I found love. Hmu anyone if you want to talk. I'm feeling alone going through all this. The billybinges videos help I appreciate you putting out the videos and your positivity!

They stayed because of unhealthy attachments/mental manipulations/Abuse (that's just what I think) There is always drama before you can find yourself. Thanks for reacting to this. Love the movie. It’s not a complete “holiday” movie for me, just one of those where the main theme is drama and it just happens to be around the holiday season. Either way, it sticks. Not only that, over in England, they call a vacation a holiday, so the title makes sense to indicate the film isn’t a theme of seasonal cheer. Hilarious reaction! But not sure you realized but the British chick didn’t actually sign on to be the side chick. They were dating and she realized she was the side chick and when she confronted him he twisted it and acted like she took it more seriously than it was and they were just friends. So she kept waiting for him to realize that he missed her…only to find out he became engaged. They don’t say all this outright but you get most of it with her conversation with jack black and with her elderly neighbor. Thought it might change your understanding of the movie. Especially the ending when she has a “life to live!” Great reaction. Can’t wait to see your next!

This is one of my favs, it’s like chicken soup for the soul in movie form. Not gonna lie, I was attracted to both male leads! Jack Black being attractive to me was a little odd but he kinda reminded me of a high school crush. I just really like both of them, they are sweet and supportive of the female leads in their own way, and that’s why Kate and Cameron fell for them.
