This is wonderful!!!! Today was our little one's birthday and these arms held her tight! Arms get taken for granted until we realize how they love our family and dance with us each day! My wife, my mom, my dad, our daughter, Master Gable the Cat, and Little Puppy Bubbles--all remind me of the arms' importance! Thanks, Joelle, for dedicating today's session to those two friends!!!!!

Came back to this today as the last of 3 routines for the day to address the soreness around my vaccine injection area! So glad that you have a routine for practically every part of our body :} Thanks 🙏🏼

This was great... but my poor brain yoga got all topsy turvy when you had us do both ways with our arm circles. You would have laughed out loud if we had been in an in person class. Ah, the joys of self acceptance. Peace and Namaste Joelle 🧘🏾‍♀️🙏🏾💖

This was very nice... my arms loved the half shoelace. I was away in Whistler, BC for 5 days and treated myself to a week if in-person yoga classes. It was my first time attending in-person since the pandemic. Very rewarding to practice with others. I'm looking forward to returning to my 28 day challenge. Namaste 🙏🏾

Any plank generates heat......feel like I'm able to stretch a little bit more in puppy pose and child pose....nice to be back after a few days of....see you tomorrow joelle 🙏

My arms are getting stronger but I can feel how stiff they are!! Lol I guess my noodle arms are more like uncooked pasta… I am looking forward to the elbow video next!
