Films and chemicals not being in stock is only a result of severe cost cutting on the part of both the manufacturer and the retailer. No one wants to sit on unsold stock. The manufacturer wants to make sure that they do a full run that is guaranteed sale, and the retailer has a backlog of people waiting for the film, which once released sells very quickly. The looser in all this is the consumer. I shoot a lot of B&W film which I process at home. I have been waiting for Ilford/Harman to release the latest batch of Perceptol and ID 11 for the best part of two months now, and still no news. I don't remember this ever happening to Ilford before, no for so long in any case. Gold is a decent flm and works very well with certain subjects under ideal lighting, but it is no Portra. Much more grainy ( evident in 135 ), a lot less latitude and more contrast is just a few differences between the two, besides the price in favour of Gold. Good job.

I have a question about the PENTAX 67 Nico . I have the 105, 55 and 75 all SMC pentax. For some reason, with the 105 and the 75, when I stop down the aperture in manual mode, it also stops down the lens. So if my lens is at 22, I can't even see what I'm trying to get in focus because it's too dark. The only lens that doesn't stop down is the 55 - I can see a bright screen at all apertures. Do you know why this happens to the 105 and 75 but not the 55? i have to focus wide open and then fix my fstop its pretty annoying. Do you have this issue or is my copy defective? the viewfinder is only bright in all apertures if i ahve the lens in automatic mode once i switch to anything lower than f11 i basically cant see anything in the viewfinder its wayyy too dark.

Ondsansetron and Olanzapine suck, pretty much useless for most people. THC is far better. Also, regarding complications. Common lung cancer complications that doctors don't tell you about: * pneumothorax, either it be from trauma from tumors causing an air passageway in the lung allowing air to escape into the pleural space, or potentially cancer cells building up fluid in your pleural space squishing one or both lungs to the point you can't breathe anymore. it's not commonly mentioned, but sometimes a collapsed lung doesn't come back. * putting in a drain or chest seal to help could lead to surgical site infection with mrsa. dealing w/ mrsa in that setting means vancomycin or daptomycin. while they work well at keeping MRSA at bay, 1 in 5 will experience severe intolerance to it and have zero appetite and want to barf all the time w/ the nausea. you might also deal w/ acute or chronic kidney disease after it as well. Infectious disease doctors and clinicians (if you're given a staph diagnosis and put you on these antibiotics may just hit autopilot and give you the 6-week/42 day max dose and kick you out the door of the hospital vs a 7-14 day course and check with another blood culture. make sure you get both a blood culture and a culture of the pleural fluid. while blood cultures are ~50% or less effective after you've been given antibiotics, it's still necessary to just check to see if you still have the original infection or any potential new ones. if your cultures come back negative, try to get your doctor to cancel your antibiotics. * pneumocystis pneumonia, fungal type pneumonia, you're *really* at risk now for developing this type of infection, and it's hard to get rid of, and it's everywhere in the air * Osimertinib rebound, if your doctor finds that your tumor starts growing again after 2-4 years, they might tell you to stop taking the medication, ignore that "advice". if you stop taking it, cancer cells, since they're on an upward trend, they'll grow far faster without Tagrisso. remember egfr lung cancers are an *amplification* factor causing lung cancers that are typically slow and less lethal to incredibly aggressive and excessively lethal. remember, your cancer tumor and cells, they are not homogenous, instead it's trillions upon trillions of tiny cancer cells not being lung cells, feeding on nutrients in your blood supply. instead, as we do with weeds, treat with chemo infusion asap, stay on Osimertinib (if possible) and things might work out. * Osimertinib pneumonitis - this is a common side effect of Tagrisso. Infiltrates on your chest xray, and later a CT Scan will show up. High dose corticosteroids like prednisone or prednisolone will reduce the inflammation, but you'll need to stop Tagrisso for some time until your body can accept it again. Catch it early and you'll be able to do something about it, chest xrays are routine and easy to do. Make a slideshow of your scans so you can refer to them easily to look at them in a trend. * Chemo Medications - some medications may fail, same w/ Tagrisso, cancer finds a way. You'll have to hope that there are new medications that can help at some point. Specifically now, there should be several other options available if and when that happens. * Due to nausea and other things, less so the chemo, your hair will turn ashy and brittle, eating food (keeping it down) helps a lot. But reiterating, keep your weight up, it's very important. find out foods that work for you, safe foods. Try senna as a laxative. Get fitted for adult diapers, you'll be happier you had them available vs not. Talk to your doctor about supplemental oxygen and the procedure to get it if and when you do need it. Find out who you need to talk to to setup home health assistant if you're unable to care for yourself. Not all home healthcare assistance providers are the same, get reviews now so you know who you can trust. Work w/ your local community, someone might have suggestions. Living near your oncologist's main hospital has a lot of benefits like short commute for CT scans and blood work. Also check for clinical trials, there's some promising work for DRP-104 (sirpiglenastat), and supposedly a clinical trial open for that. Either way, good luck.

First of all Im sorry to hear about your suffering, secondly to you & to everybody who has cancer, knows someone fighting cancer etc. Below is a blog of Joe Tippons (Survived and still thriving from having stage 4 terminal cancer in multiple organs (including both lungs)) who was told he had no more than 3 months of life, and became cancer free still to this day (7+ years later). It's about the drug Fenbendazole (commonly used to treat animal parasites). This blog is a lifesaver that further details the doses/ day, where & how to buy the cheap medicine. According to Dr Stephen Hahn who later became FDA Comissioner (then oncologist at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital in Houston TX) he told Joe that they've known for decades that these anthelmintic class of drugs (meaning to destroy parasites in the intestines) could have possible efficacy against cancer. He later said they were never pushed into the mainstream because how cheap it is, meaning big pharma can't make enough money from selling it. Also below is Joe Tippon's private facebook fenbendazole protocol cancer support group, and Twitter page of Dr. William Makis (MD) showcasing more natural treatments for cancer. Good luck to whoever needs this, there's always hope. Had so many issues with Leica shutters being slightly faster / slower to one side of the gate that I now just really enjoy the bulletproof qualities of the Nikon approach. Leica make beautiful compact lenses but you can get a whole Nikon lens kit for the price of a relatively shabby Summicron ……f2s and f3s go on and on and if you need to work out then the f5 has an amazing meter……

Because of the video where I announce I have cancer. And the video where I show myself going to get gamma knife radiation on my brain tumors. I show nurses and doctors preparing a face mask for me to be put into the gamma knife machine. I talk about my medications and the specific type of cancer I have. What more do you want? You want to see my personal and confidential medical charts? You wanna come to my chemo infusions with me and taste the chemo drugs to verify that it is in fact chemo and not Dr Pepper or root beer? Do you want my doctor to give you a call and verify that my diagnosis is real? Do you want me to upload a video highlighting all of my symptoms and side effects, and show you my suffering in real time? Or, here’s an idea: you can be a real human with empathy and a good heart and you can believe someone when they tell you that they are suffering from stage 4 lung cancer instead of being a cynical sheep following all of the conspiracy theorists. Have the day you deserve.

Even if you think this, it's a crazy thing to say. Even if you're convinced that's the case. An 'instinct' isn't worth even the smallest possibility of accusing someone who is already suffering so much physically and emotionally of scamming. Instead of going around accusing people with cancer of being scammers, maybe you should advocate for free healthcare in America which would solve the 'scammers' problem, as people wouldn't need to fundraise to get medical help!
