The best of eastern and western medicine for a healthy and happy life. Your drinking water is not as safe as you think it is. Years ago, we didn't worry about kids chewing on paint chips, or children playing with liquid mercury we found rolling down the gutter in city streets. Many of the compounds we believe are innocuous today may be found to be dangerous tomorrow. The delay between whispers and legislation can be decades -- and those decades could take a toll on the health of you and your family. Are you willing to take that chance? We're not. If you're here, you too are already asking the right questions. Share the health!
Great video. I have seen multiple claims that zero water does not remove disinfected byproducts well. However your test shows that it does do a good job, although not completely removing chloroform it still removed most of it. And removed all of the other one listed. Thank you for a thorough analysis
Thanks! Since these tests are stupid expensive, we tried a gofundme a year or so but couldn't generate enough interest. Would LOVE to follow this up with more comprehensive testing!
Of course you saw leaking, you put the plumbers tape on backwards. Always put it on clockwise so it doesn't undo itself as you thread it. Rookie mistake but easily solved
I don’t understand why you would publish this video before searching for the reason behind the bacteria…if it’s from the berkey then zero water could be perfectly fine. Shame on you 😢
I have a zero water pitcher. Just noticed the smell of chlorine coming from my Zero Water and thought to myself "wtf" Grabbed a glass and filled it with tap water and realized it was coming from my tap. Got another glass and filled it with the filtered water the chlorine smell was gone. Never realized how strong the smell of chlorine was until I started drinking from my Zero Water.
Noticed the same exact thing. Now, just imagine all the other heavy metals, additives, and disinfectant byproducts that you can't smell or taste. That's the scary part! We have been triple filtering to make our filters last longer. We will use our Samsung refrigerator water filter, run that water through a Britta filter, and then pour the Britta water into the zero water. We get about three weeks out of our filters now.
@@FreshandFelicia I didn't really think much of it because my tap water was at 55ppm which is decent for tap in my area, but yea you never know what makes up those PPM.
Most water systems no longer use chlorine because it evaporates too quickly. They've switched to chloramines, which contain ammonia, that tend to stay in your tap water. Yuck!
It's very close to 7. With proper nutrition, our bodies do a great job of correcting any imbalances. I'd rather drink slightly acidic water than ingest PFAS or heavy metals!
Zero water makes it 0 at the beginning. After 2 weeks, it filters my 257 water to 650. Yes, the number increases dramatically after going through the filter. What is the hack? How could the water filter make it worse! This is the 2nd zero water filter we got from Target. Tired of the drama of this filter. Returned again.
Europe is leading the way in this research. They just made the iPhone 12 illegal because it produces too much radiation! www.pbs.org/newshour/science/french-regulators-say-iphone-12-emits-too-much-radiation-apple-must-take-it-off-market
If you want the most clean you can spray the container after cleaning with 91% alcohol and wait till it's totally dry then add the filter. Once filled with water it must go in the fridge filled or empty.
Instead of simply testing for just TDS (I imagine adding vitamins and minerals WOULD increase those) I would like to see a test comparing before and after of the nasty stuff like lead and chlorine.
Yeah this test makes no sense to me. Is there any you newer you know about? I think about buying sf500 head for maximum removal of chlorine from water. I feel like my hair is damaged (flakey and dry) and not shampooing or washing my hair doesn't fix any problems which means that it's highly likely I have constant disbalance in my hair and it won't get better on its own. I even thought that my bed is dirty, but after doing multiple changes it's safe to say that I have irritated scalp and I'm 100% sure metals and other harsh elements are very hard to remove.
@@KingCrimson1981hey hi, i have a doubt Why the tds is increased and even the tds got increased wont it damage our hair as hight tds means high minerals right? Anyhow it will remove the hard substances like chlorine and magnesium which is hard After removing these substances makes water soft?? If water is soft then tds should also be low right?
UPDATE MAY 2023: Metamucil taken daily and a Mediterranean diet have both FAILED to significantly reduce my cholesterol. My optometrist tells me I have cholesterol rings in my corneas, and my physician is recommending statins immediately.
I'm not diabetic but I do take this. I usually take it after meals but I guess everybody takes it differently It says it helps with cholesterol and blood sugar. I hope that's true. So I hope when I go to the doctor for bloodwork my sugar isn't high
