What if… at the start of the game the game asks you if you sacrificed arcadia bay or not like LIS2 and the only footage they have shown us is from when you choose bay over bae.
They need to fix marketing. I LOVED TRUE COLORS! Everyone liked the MC at the end and found home with Ryan. The marketing however was HORRIBLE! I got the game a year later on a great discount. Max shouldn’t have come back, but now even her power has “changed”. And it doesn’t seem to follow the “bad tbh” comics that went with Chloe ending.
thanks to ps extra games i downloaded this masterpiece after 5 years of wanting to play this, the guy i used to watch this on yt had the blood bros ending because he chose not to surrender..so i wanted my ending to be different so i chose to surrender and boy this is the most ive cried on a video game this ending got me emotional and insecure...this is the best game ive ever played!
It would be interesting if you choose to save Chloe then Kate dies in the storm but is alive if you save Arcadia bay. I wonder how many would save the bay then
All I want is to see my sweet white knight Warren again. I saved the town to see him, Kate, Joyce, David and everyone else again. He and my Max are together and Warren has too much potential to show up again and go to the drive-in movie we couldn't go to in school.
Sadly, money talks, quite loudly, so I can see why this game will be marketed like that. I always said to these type of games there are two types of players, those who play, and those who watch players play. Different personalities on the controller will give different viewing experiences. Some people will enjoy Double Exposure with 80 dollars, some of them will enjoy their own spoiled gameplay for 60 dollars, and some of them will enjoy the game with the cost of a Twitch subscription-- or not!
I think, what a missed opportunity to make both lis1 end choices cannon. If the new game has timelines and is about merging timelines, why not have it just be about saving Chloe AND the town. Not saving some new girl nobody will care about.
It could be that they are not picking an ending from Life is Strange so the writers just decided to keep any mention of the first game to a bare minimum so they don’t make either ending canon.
