7 excercises for bicep? In general shouldnt we target the long and short head? The barbell bicep curl, preacher curl, incline dumbell curl, hammer curl, arent they enough to target the heads of the biceps? I dont get the sample bicep chart? Can you explain it? All same workouts but different reps maybe due to the target of the muscle we want to achieve but then again repeating it for the second time, isnt it too much?
