Each year we prioritize and build less than 100 exclusive, full-custom engines. Our priority is the relationship we forge with our customers, many of whom have been with us for decades.
Taking a holistic approach, we start with a conversation on concept, goals and aspirations. Our many years of experience have given us an opportunity to maximize returns for clients in ways they may not have previously considered.
Our tuning process is in-depth and bespoke for each customer. We believe in testing and optimizing the engines we build. When faced with ever-increasing power output from our engine combinations, we set forth to improve our testing equipment. With our in-house prototype development and CNC machining capabilities, we developed and constructed our engine dyno to meet the rigorous demands. As a result we now have the capability to (engine) dyno tune engines that exceed 4,500 horsepower.
I personally have found that using "Prolong" engine oil when putting an engine together protects the engine better than anything I have seen but the best way that I have found to prove what Prolong is capable of was on brushless ducted fan motors, I ran a test on 4 different fan units and there was a substantial increase in the 3 motors that I used it on versus the one that I didn't
Would you be willing to share the combo specs of that big block chevy for guys like me to compare with ? I'll most likely never get on a dyno but it helps to make educated guesses. thanks
I appreciate the persute to test and try new things. But this stuff appears to be the next snake oil. Certainly within the margin of test error. I think even if there coukd be a difference from one snake oil to another. It is not a good area to waist time recources. Amsoil or redline and put in the effort to get the right viscosity for the application and focus on other more tangable things that can yield power. IMO.
Steve Morris engines, Lake Speed Jr. Is a triboligist. Lube oil guru. He taught me that with additives, the friction can go up and wear can go down. I can't wrap my head around that one.
My gen3 hemi loves that rev x additive. Only other additive I found that works is best line. My truck lives at 5500 to 7000 rpm. I drive 35 mins each way on the highway at 80mph with 510 gears. Doesn't miss a beat. I'll be ordering more in the next week or so
