We are dedicated to creating videos that cover the history, usage and collectibility of uniforms and militaria from around the world and throughout history as well as break down fictional ones seen in things like films, TV shows, video games and other forms of media.
Although the topics covered may relate to specific governments, groups or individuals this channel, and the people behind it, in no way support, promote or condone any one entity. We merely present the facts and information through a non bias manner.

Uniform History 1998 Commerce Street #30 Yorktown Heights, NY 10598 USA
Actually many companies didn't just wear grey. The variation was quite considerable, some wearing blues, some green or red, and some like the zuaves wearing what can only be described as baggy striped pyjamas with a Turkish themed hat and top coat.
One thing I don't understand about this uniform and the ACU is why they have a zippered closure for the blouse, but a button-up fly on the pants. Seems a bit backwards to me.
A little late to the party but this pattern also does very well in some parts of the Appalachian mountains near or in North Carolina during the fall season, the flora there is very different compared to a lot of places in the United States and a lot of the trees and shrubs turn red.
I seem to remember all the multi-coloured T-shirts were private purchases. I still have my issue T-shirt and it is plain light olive. I suspect this video over rationalizes the situation and makes a number of assumptions. It also fails to note changes made in cut and weight of material, presumably for financial reasons. For example, late shirt pockets lost their pleats.
Well Yugoslavia actually received gear from both blocs for long time it just didnt receive helmets and small arms more pf artillery, tenks, anti air, aircraft, rockets and such.
This video os 5 yrs old so hopefully nobody's asked this already. From 4:40 to 4:50, a uniform is displayed in the open letter which appears to use a hybrid OCP/tiger stripe pattern. What happened with that pattern?
In less woody environment (in the mountains above the altitude tree line),in autumn and in evergreen forests with little brush I would argue that the Taz 57 is more effective than the Taz 90
I'm just throwing it out there. This is not supposed to be a 100% historical ww2 movie. This is pure fiction it's a comic book moving so the goal of the people making this movie was to make the call steam's stand out and look cool What practical for the time period is supposed to take place in.
Can you do a video on the newer variants of russias EMR camo? They have a new one that has kinda the same colors as multicam but the same digital pattern as EMR
Most folk going ocp. I would utilize this camo and M81 all day long in Airsoft or in the Midwestern states. Glorious camo might be needed in the coming days. It is a still relevant in my oppion. Folk going ocp 24/7. I got ocp but prefer the 1980's old school camo. Chocolate chip didn't get the recognition it needed by its creator USA. In Jesus Christ name I pray Amen.
I was a volunteer to test the “chocolate chip” uniform. Most of the testing we did was at Ft Hauchuca in southern Arizona desert. It works really well in that environment. But the deserts of the Middle East can vary wildly from that of Arizona. Per the usual, command didn’t listen to us.
