Is it possible to hold a spring loaded switch in VR (using mouse) while looking away without having the mouse cursor leave the switch in order to stay in the field of view?

I know this channel seems to be defunct, but i'll still throw a sub. I just picked up Graviteam and have probably learned more just by your gameplay vids and tutorials than anyone elses. Like i was seriously to the point of frustrastion on lack of information. Anyways, thanks and hope youre doing good wherever you are !
I've played a lot of this game but I always used the artillery company commander as the spotter and put the platoon commanders with their arty squads . But I can't give direct orders with the company commanders line of sight that way. Using the platoon commanders spotters is just something I never thought of doing. Thanks
22:20 How do these mortar shots not kill the MG crew? This is normal in the game, but it looks like a bug. Also, it's not realistic at all: If an 80mm mortar shell explodes just a few meters from you, you are done.
Never let fuel go to zero. you need to find the time tables ... for example in a 172 we switch every 30 min . this helps with balance. also the downwind needs to have a procedure done like BUMF checks (Brakes - pressure ok / Undercarriage - extended / Mixture - Full / Fuel - on fullest tank) remember landing is a critical stage of flight, you want your ducks in a row

Thanks! I'm a newbie and have been looking for 2 days for a video on how to control support weapons. The biggest help was the sub-squads. The manual talks about the commands you have available but not how or why you would want to use them. I was getting frustrated at a motor squad attached to a platoon and I had no idea how to get them to fire. They were just constantly moving and not firing with the rest of the platoon and were the 1st to be taken out. 😱👍👌
88 are certainly powerful, but they also have a large silhouette, so they are relatively easy to detect, and when detected, they are vulnerable. The Soviets carried out a brilliant attack here, it would have been very difficult to stop such a number of heavy tanks without mines.
I appreciate the time you took doing the training videos. I am just starting out and doing the training missions. I could really use some advice on 2 issues. I struggle with moving the camera/view around. Several of you guys make it look so easy. I find much of it counter intuitive vs software that I am used to using. Maybe if my MMB worked for camera rotation instead of just the "C" key, it would be as bad. Can you tell me what combination of mouse and keys work for you? 2nd, I haven't loaded any MODS yet. Is installing them self explanatory? If not. how? Any issues I should be aware of using them? Thanks 👍🤷♂

Thats like saying cake is superior to steak, not even the same thing with entirely different things they do extremely well. Both games are great, just because you cant grasp a different UI doesnt mean it isnt better btw it just means you have a skill issue
@@mikehawkisb1g I'm saying a bullshit, sorry for bite. I was just in a bad mood. I like CM more because it gives you the opportunity to play the whole theater and provides the opportunity to control systems that are not available in graviteam. It's just that the initial tone of video was "and you call yourself a wargamer?" - which amused me at that moment.
As a new flyer training in the TF-51 this vid was excellent help. I’m 2 days in and successfully taking off, and flying. Working on the landings now…..Thank You! Also using the training modules in DCS 13:56 and was already studying the Mustang and its procedures before buying my DCS set up this week. What a blast! New monitor coming today.
One of my favorite War games were made by Ukrainian devs - Men of War series and it's successor Gates of Hell, although made by other devs is still basically an upgrade of MoW games. I found out about Graviteam a few weeks ago and the realism immediately caught my attention. Didn't know it was made by Ukrainians. I was on the fence about buying it but now thinking I'll probably get it all just for the support.
Your videos have finally helped me understand this game! If you could, Id request a video on how you strategize the mission in Tank Warfare Tunisia called "Springwalk", I am at a loss as what to do with the bren carriers and the little 2in mortar teams that come with them won't do anything - no option for dorect fire either! Your help would be immense, and you might like the scenario!
