I am over 60 and have recovered from a long illness. Lost my fitness level and need to reclaim it. Need to go slowly and be careful. Please advise regarding what size weights to use with each exercise.

Yea Meg, I am 69 going on 70, have along list of ailments. But I enjoy your videos, my wife likes them to. We live in the Adirondack mountains in northern ny in the USA. Keep on rockin’ . Bob the old rocker!✌️

My left side is weaker than my right side, not just in strength, but in flexibility. Doing the arm circles, my left arm didn't move as smoothly. I'm adding this video to my workout routines, along with your other videos. So far, I'm doing at least three videos a day, depending on time.

I’m 68 and from Chula Vista, CA. I really love your weight workout. Am doing yoga chair yoga everyday. I do a lot of different yoga poses and exercises, yours is simple but I found it very effective on me. Looking forward to more of your workouts. My first time on your program. Hey. Your video was so informative! I have been trying to find for RU-vid vid similar to yours that really explains the ideas in this vid. 🧑‍⚕️ 👌Your lesson actually reminds me of the vids from Dr Ethan. His videos are knowledgable and he really helped me a lot on my studies! He is an insightful medical student in Nottingham and he explains health symptoms. I noticed on the tricep kick back u move your upper arm also , While other trainer's say not to. Idk is there a reason for that you don't. Would love to know. Thankyou😊

Great job! 👍🏼 if you are comfortable standing up then yes, do that! Many people have a hard time with balance, and in that case sitting down and lifting weights is great!

This was a perfect workout for today. I got my second vaccine and my right arm has been hurting. After the workout it feels much better. Watching from San Diego.
