Join me for a 20 minute NO REPEATS HIIT WORKOUT that's high intensity but low impact with no jumping. Let's move through a full body routine combining strength and cardio to get you sweating in no time. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest as usual. You can do this workout at home with no equipment except for your mat. So let's get sweating! 💞 xox Mik
