20 Minute Meditation Release Suppressed Emotions: Move Energy Through you | Mindful Movement

Emotions are energy in motion. However, if your emotions arise and are met with judgment, such as trying not to feel them or wanting them to go away, they will be recycled and stored within your body. And they will show up again and again until they are acknowledged, felt, and released.
When emotions are met with compassion and acceptance, the energy of the emotions can be processed and move out of you. Today’s practice of presence with compassion and love for yourself and your emotions is meant to support the release of suppressed emotions to allow you to move the energy through and out of you.
Be gentle with yourself and seek the support of a loved one or professional if needed.

I feel like that sometimes too. I hear great doctors and psychologists say ppl on their death bed regret they didn’t get their peace and happiness back. You won’t have to regret it. ❤❤

Thank you Sara. Your guided meditations have helped me through a long journey from an illness, that's not gone but is now manageable. I havn't been consistent with meditations. But I come back to you again and again. I'm glad I discovered this one. I realized I lost my ''voice'' during this long period of recovery. I have bottled up my emotions. I'm working on releasing them, to letting go and most importantly be as compassionate towards myself as I am towards others. Small step at a time I will walk and reach that place of peace and harmony I am now seeking in my life. Send you peace and 💜

This has been a God send. While grieving my brother's death I realized I have grief from years ago left over. This meditation has helped me immensely to get rid of the old stuck energy. Wow. Very profound. I was under the impression that i have a brain fog head ache but while doing this meditation, realised that there was pain around the neck. I like to listen to their whole "somatic" playlist, it helps, if I listen to only one meditation it's usually not long enough.
