@@juicydaboss418 It's working guys I do this exercise daily I saw results after 2 months and jaw click is normal so just do it guys but yes I want tell you something when you do 3rd face Exercise don't crunch your teeths do it gently
You must do 2times a day like after and before bed .Do it continuosly for 1month .At after the starting 20 days you can observe the change and jowls get reduced .

1 day : my face still looks the same, but I feel good 2 day : feeling so much better and little bit slimmer 3 day : I did it twice, no change, but again as always, I feel better 4 day : if I don't dream, maybe skinnier than the previous days 5 day : love this workout! i feel better, skinnier 6 day : same as day 5 7 day : i like this workout haha! 8 day : wow! i feel that how my face is skinnier

I’m just now starting on April 11 I’m going to take pictures before and after and let you guys know two weeks from now Day 3 I’m feeling a little sore, but I did it anyway I’ll keep you guys updated
