always remember you can pause and take a break if you need to, all these women are extremely fit and we are all at different levels in our fitness journey. don't feel discouraged if u go slower, or need to stop, because at least u are here and working hard. that's what matters.
I know right! I don’t know how she did that. We know she’s super fit, but how her lungs were able to handle those intense exercises while talking is something I could never do! Much respect for her!

Ladies, I started doing this workout once a week (I do other ones throughout the week) for about 5 months now. I am pleased to say, that I am no longer doing the modifications except for the last abdominal exercise. I have also lost 45 pounds. Thanks so much for the encouragement and inspiration. Any tips that you can give me that will help me do crunches to the point where I can sit up all the way to do that slap would be appreciated. Thank you, Charlee and other coaches.

I like how you have one person doing the lower impact. I'm 65 and can't do a lot of the jumping. I really worked hard to get through that, hopefully it will get easier.

guys, I'm not going to lie this is hard. I'm overweight/chubby and have been working out for about two months, so some definite improvement in my ability but this kicked my ass in the best way! Remember it's okay to not be at their level, take breaks when you need to, and talk positive to yourself!
I hope this encourages someone because if I can do it you can do it! I’ve been doing this every day for little over a month now. I only made it through 10 mins of the advanced exercises the first day. The past few days I have been doing all the advanced versions the whole way through. I’ve also been looking over my Dream Board and reading my positive declarations during it. My mind and my body has been completely transformed. I love it! The 30 mins completely transforms the rest of my day and sets me up for success! #ChooseGreatness #WinTheDay
I did this workout when I first started and I was DYING, now 2 months later and tho it is still a good workout I find it so much easier to get through. So my lesson for everyone is JUST KEEP GOING cause you will become stronger and fitter and exercise videos like this will become more of an intense warmup!!
This workout is very intense if you haven't worked out in a while...at the 17 minute mark I almost passed out. From then on I started doing the modified exercises and going much more slowly.I plan to try this Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday for a few weeks and see if my endurance improves!
Day 0: I’m a 27 year old overweight male. This is the first ever training video I’ve used/tried/followed. Not done this type of cardio training for 10+ years. Managed 20 minutes then I was about to pass out. Not sure if it’s cramps or soreness but everything hurts. Had to lean against a wall in the shower. Now recovering in my armchair. Thank you so much for the workout ladies, you’re awesome! 5/5 will try again next time it rains 👍

Yes I'm the same our gym is shut down too I cant go weeks without a workout fix 3 times a week I'm gonna try a weight one too. Got to keep my fitness up whilst in isolation.
yall when she says 'it feels good to feel strong,' i never knew how real that was until i stopped doing this workout! like dude i switched over to chloe ting for a month program to see what it was like and i was really sad all the time and not motivated to exercise at all. idk if this was just me but this is the best workout lol! thank you charlee, i do this every day!!!
one of those what I love popsugar is they always offer nice modifications for those days of I-dont-want-to -move or the sore/sick days, even just watch at first, this makes me want to take a try. thank you popsugar for helping me keep my workout ongoing weekly.

This was a great workout - my favorite HIIT from PopSugar yet! I definitely need to work on my endurance - I had to default to the modified a few times. I also repeated the abs circuit once to get a little extra burn. According to FitBit, my avg HR was 130 and I burned 280 calories - benchmarks to beat for next time! Also, love this instructor - more of Charlee Atkins!

This was a great workout. Really got a sweat on. Enjoyed the fact that no equipment was needed! I’m so lucky I can still manage a workout like this aged 58! I intend to keep going as long as possible! Love your Pop Sugar stuff Anna 💓💓💓
Try to change the sugar to natural sugar like bananas, or plumbs (It could be any fruit) it's gonna help you to get rid of the need of something sweet.
I have done this workout about a thousand times since quarantine started and it is my favorite. I've definitely gotten stronger and more fit. Especially notice a difference in my arms. Thank you, ladies. You are treasures.

Destiny harris I did the same thing. I wanted to get familiar with the workout before I did it and to see how it differed from some of the other HIIT workouts I’ve done. This is a very intense workout! Oh my gosh! But it’s so worth it for all of us gals 👍🏻
I’ve just started my new healthy lifestyle of eating better, working out almost every day, and being more productive. I did this on my fourth day and was so proud to say that I got most of it done. This is such a great workout. Really hard but fun enough that 30 minutes flies by. I've done it twice a week for the past 3 weeks, and it has made such a difference in my strength and stamina.
I started working out in late September 2020. I really love all the Popsugar workouts. I did this workout for the first time yesterday and its super intense but I was able to push through! I love that the trainers are so motivating and encouraging. Love love love Le Sweat for sure.
Because of the virus, my gym teacher assigned us to do a workout video at least 20 minutes long so i decided to drop here and these exercises really got me sweaty and my heart beating fast so thank you for 20 minutes of exercising 😁
Can’t believe I actually made it through this workout. The only really really hard part were the lunges I couldn’t keep my balance and I always changed that workout to jogging in place but other than that I was able to do everything else. I love the stretching exercises because it helped my back so much I swear I heard my back crack like 10 times😂. The 30 minutes went by so fast. I’m so happy I decided to do this workout. I’m going to try to do this workout atleast 5 days a week and the weekends I’ll take off and I’m hoping that with a good eating habit I’ll be able to look like one of you guys. I like to watch a few clips of a workout and check the comments to see if i should do a workout. This was a good burn workout i recommend to all. I had to go slow and follow modifications for majority of it but I still felt it.
this was seriously my favorite workout ever! and believe me... i've done A LOT. it was THE PERFECT amount of intensity, wasn't too hard to the point where I was exhausted and then slacked through the second half of it, and it wasn't too easy where I feel I don't even need breaks. the ladies were so much fun per usual and i will definitely come back to this one! and also, it went by SO FAST. i felt a burn everywhere and i'm in a great mood thank you:)
This is definitely one of my favorite workouts ever, and I am saying that as one who have never liked working out. This workout just flies by and isn't too hard but you still get sweaty and warm and I just love it! I also like that there are the modification as well! :)
This is an awesome workout! I typically look at the clock every few minutes during every workout to see when it's over and I didn't look till the last 5 mins! Definitely keeps things interesting for someone who gets bored easily!

I started working out about a year ago, and when I did this video then, it nearly killed me. I finally came back to it, and I did soooo much better. Heart rate only got up to 150bpm and I burned 145kcal (I weigh 51kg). Thanks popsugar for getting me in shape! I really really recommend the videos with Christa DiPaolo, Jake Dupree, Marnie Alton, and Bettina Gozo. They're my fav and a good mix of cardio & muscle building.

This is my absolute FAVORITE workout video, if you wanna feel like you're pushing yourself, this is the workout to do! The first time I completed this video I was sore for days and I loved it! This video got me in shape for my wedding and i'm still regularly including this into my workouts months later! Highly recommend these encouraging ladies to guide you!!

Hello all!!! So, I’ve been working out the past month and a half and I needed a home cardio workout without equipment because it’s now reaching mid 30’s in temp (I’m in western Canada). I decided to try this and right now it’s the next day…I. Am. SORE! I absolutely LOVE it!!! And, it includes abs workout! I tried the modified and faster way and oh emmmm geeee. Today is another scorcher so I’ll be getting this done again. Excited!!! Thank you ladies for sharing home cardio without equipment. I’m excited to continue during our heatwave. Stop being hateful, this was great. It's the next day and did it again though my buttocks are burning. Try to understand most of us are starting over with exercise, or it's our first time. Try to push yourself but understand when you need to rest. Hope you all can reach these women some time ♥
Hey, thank you for this. Just found a workout to do with my girlfriend here in Poland. Amazing. Totally sweating now after that. As a normal gym goer and being only kind of used to lifting weights in the same directions, being in quarantine has really opened my mind to doing and trying new things.
