In this 40 min SUPERSET KETTLEBELL workout | Full body workout, we will have a total of 14 supersets. Each superset will contain 2 exercises performed directly after each other for 30 seconds each. After each superset, there will be a 25-second rest period. We will be performing each superset for a total of 2 rounds. In the first half of the workout, we will focus on unilateral movements, and in the second half, we will shift to more combination movements. At the end of each block, there will be a finisher exercise lasting 40 seconds.
These are the kettlebells that I am using:
20KG (displayed as RED on the screen)
16KG (displayed as YELLOW on the screen)
12KG (displayed as GREEN on the screen)
