Did 20 mins of this, took 2 breaks of 2-3 mins each.. hahaha.. was out of breath but loved doing it.. will come back to it tomorrow again.. thank you Agnes for the great work that you are doing and for building such a beautiful community. Btw, I have been doing yoga almost regularly for the past 1 and half years now.

Have been following your workouts when you literally just started in this platform!! i've been wanting this same thing but a trick i found to make the workouts last longer (especially the dancer workout, i love that one and do it multiple times a week), you can get up to the point right before the cool down stretches and rewind to right after warm up areas so you basically do the sets once more through and then finish with cool down.
