You know what time it is...a 60 Minute Fat Burn Challenge!! Today we are breaking it into three blocks: Incline, Endurance, and Boost. It'll go by quick, but get ready to GET SWEATY!
1 hour of run and recovery intervals!

I was so excited to see another 60 minute run! My favorite part was actually the swear word moment lol. It was the motivation I needed. What a great variety of blocks!

I haven’t worked out in a loooong time. I felt it was time but I had no idea where to start. I found you, did 35 minutes and I feel amazing. Sweating like crazy but so proud of myself. I loved your energy and the way you actually workout with us and not just tell us the routine in 10 minutes and bye. Thank you! Following you right now ♥️

I loved this work out. Mainly because 1) you remind us we are all human. 2) you ‘gutted” it out with a stitch, 3) you said “f*ck” and meant it and was not mad at that! And most of all, you are always smiling, pushing, validating. Thank you thank you thank you!

I have found that I enjoy the endurance runs the most because they give me time to check in with my body, posture, and breathing. But I'm pretty good at Boost runs and will often push myself harder with them because those higher numbers are more manageable 30 to 60 seconds at time. What kind of runners are y'all? Silly Slugs unite!

I did this yesterday at the gym. I was supposed to do 7 outside for my long run this week but it was cold and windy. So I used this and didn’t walk unless it was between blocks. By the time she was done I only had 1.75 left so I did one more block at 5-5.5-6 mph changing every minute until done. Coach Rachel, will you do some for distance maybe once or twice? Like where you say pace with me and you’ll get “x” miles! I’d really appreciate that!
