That poor belt, did no one teach you that the tensioner pulley is used AFTER you bolt on the alternator?

A lot easier if you put the belt on after you bolt it down😂 good work tho 💪

1/2 inch. Put the belt on once the alt is in place. Nice video tho keep up the good work and improving ur wrenchin 👍

Thank you for vid. I will do the same only in different order. You have simplified it and given me the confidence to do it myself. 1. Battery , 2. Tension pulley, 3. Replace alternator. 4. Attach belt and end with battery. Cant wait.

Bro take the belt off then the alternator then put the alternator back on then the belt done ...... u fight that belt tryna put the bolts in is hilarious 😂

By the way it's not a 1/4 drive for the tentioner it is 1/2" drive. I had mine out and new one in in 11 min. Good video though 👍

You did this totally backwards and made it a lot harder than it had to be and also that's not a 1/4 inch but hey you did it yourself and got it done.

That's not a 1/4 drive ratchet, it's a 3/8's.

took the battery ground off and left the positive battery cable on? doh. other way. also take belt off first, then alternator off, reverse procedure....
