I'm from Metro Detroit , Michigan (Waterford) I live the lake life and I love it !! I cam across your page about a week and a half ago , I ma so glad I found you! I love senior work outs and stretches, I am age 57 , have hip issues, probably arthritis or osteoporosis, been doing one of your 5 minute stretches for hips to relieve pain and stiffness. I will continue to do the work outs and stretches !!!

I love all the exercises that you put out. Especially for osteoporosis. I have severe osteoporosis and have been doing the 5 day fitness challenge on repeat. I like to incorporate these short workouts on days that I may need to take a break from the longer ones. I live in Massillon Ohio. I am turning 60 on the 22 of this month. Great video
