I love these workouts. I have been doing them every other day (in between days I jog about 1 mile) for about a month now and I have seen a notable difference primarily of my gluteal muscles. I would say my butt is about 25% smaller and has a much improved shape. I am now starting to see more definition in my quadriceps as well. Thank you for posting!

I started working out a few months back and have lost 30 lbs but my but got significantly smaller. How often should I be doing this workout, and after how long do you recommend incorporating weights? Would adding resistance bands amplify the glute growth?
Incorporate weights once you’ve mastered the movements with body weight only. Adding resistance bands does help with muscle growth. So body weight only, then band or weight, then bands+ weights. You can do our workouts 3-5 timers per week.
Hi if i do this workout one time adding to my regular butt and leg workout 3 times a week, will this help to tone my thighs and get a round booty ? And will this make my thighs bulky ?
Yes this will help tone and lift your butt. You could add weights on the sumo squat if you want to increase tone. No you won’t get bulky with this workout.
I have bigger thighs and big bum and a lot fat around my knees, if I do this workout 3x a week along with my cardio and strength training switching of every other day, will I lose fat in those areas? When could I expect results?
Hi Eliz, everybody gains and weight differently so there’s no way to spot reduce fat. However, we think adding this workout into your routine 3 times per will make a noticeable difference with your goals. You should notice that you’re feeling stronger within 2 weeks and continue to see changes from there. You can also try one of our longer cardio workouts and do it 2x per week. Hope that helps!
Remember you have to eat clean, more fat than carbs if you want a low body percentage. Also, look up intermittent fasting, that will really help you with that as well.
so you can just do these workouts without weights and you will have bigger thighs and glutes and the results should take how long what if you have a high metabolism will it still work
You should notice your legs getting stronger within a few weeks with our lower body workouts. If you want larger muscle mass, you will want to get some weights eventually but the bodyweight movements are a great place to start building muscle and tone.
تخلي على السكر تماما و ابداءي ب وثلاث وجبات باليوم من دون اكل بينهم اي شيء و بعدين سوي وجبتين باليوم سوف تحسين بعدم الرغبة في الاكل كثيران ثم حولي الا وجبة فقط في اليوم يمكن تسوي يوم فقط في الاسبوع تاكلي الي تريدين اياه لكن بقية الايام وجبة فقط في اليوم و شوي رياضة خفيفة عشان بكل الوزن الزايد يمكن اضر مفاضلك
