Hi everyone,
I posted exercises on how to cure diastasis recti, where posterior pelvic tilt is the base exrecise for doing most of the exercises and some of our friends have asked to clarify 'how to do posterior pelvic tilt', so here is the video.

Yes you should breathe after doing the tilt, first it will be difficult, you will be used to it after practising a while

Hi sis ur video is very clear .I have one doubt . breathe in breathe out correct ah epdi pananum soluga . Breathe in panum pothu stomach veliya varanum and breathe out panum pothu stomach ulla elukanuma apdi than na pandra. Na pandrathu correct ah sis plzzzzzz reply

Exactly, you got the point right, apadi thaan pananum with each breathe out, stomach inum Ulla ilukanum, but breathe in la romba velila thalla kudathu, shallow va irukanum
