There is nothing like a homely, delicious sausage. And if it is still made by us and we can enjoy its taste and wonderful smell - then there is nothing better .... Recipes are plenty and everyone probably makes it a bit different - today I will show you my method and recipe for 6 kg of meat- I recommend
Ingredients:
about 3 kg of pork neck or shoulder of a pork
1.2 kg of ham or pork loin
1.8 kg of raw bacon, boneless and skinless
pickling salt about 120 g
12 g of marjoram
30-35 g of pepper
about 70 g of peeled garlic
pork intestines
250 ml of cold water
