Hey Todd, this is one of the best videos you've made for me at least. I might have a better understanding of your methodology now so it's crystal clear to me. Can you please make more of these? Especially The Turn Tuck Lift/Push thingies to create the 8 core movements. I say this is a must-see video once you get the basic understanding. 🙏

Thanks David. I rewatched this and have to agree this is a good video. It’s a shame it has less than 400 views. I didn’t have as many subscribers back then. I may break this up in 3 parts and re-post. I will also look at other versions of the 7 core techniques I can discuss. If you have not already seen them, each core technique already has a separate video, so you should check those out.

After im turning. The uper turso for have initial contact . did i need turn more the uper turso in loding response and swing throught phase or just the first. One turn i keep it until the nexet inintal contact

The same thing applies that I told you for the lower torso. It keeps turning until you have to change it, which is when you need to bring the next heel down.

8:00 Turn, Tuck, Lift. Turn the chest, Tuck the Pelvis, Lift the rear leg.

The Lift energy is from the forward leg, not the rear leg. The result is the swing through of the rear leg, which is what makes it looks like the rear leg is lifting
