This cardio hiit routine with rope is organized to do the exercises and rope tricks to the rhythm of the music, it is a circuit training where we jump to the rhythm of the music for 30 seconds with 10 seconds of rest until completing the cardio training .
If you can't do the rope tricks, at the end we leave a tutorial so you can practice the basic jumps of training.

4. side jumps (side swings) 5. basic jump rope 6. running jump 7. scissor jumps 8. different rope tricks
