Testimony continues in the Karen Read murder trial. Read is accused of hitting and killing her Boston police officer boyfriend, John O'Keefe, with her SUV in 2022.
John’s face was punched in. Eyes black and blue. Head lacerated. His hand was bruised like a boxer. He had dog scratches and bite marks on his arm. No injuries below the head. He clearly didn’t get hit by a Lexus backing up into him or his body would be damaged. . He got beat in a fight. His iPhone watch shows he was going up and down stairs at the time Karen allegedly left him. He was in a fight clearly! likely in the basement where his shoe was probably. How convenient they replaced the basement floor and sold the house and got rid of the dog in time for trial. What type of shady investigation did their friends even do. Insane!!!!!!
@@countygirl35the FBI is even paying for the expert witnesses for the defense. A LOT of people will be facing charges, but there has been zero conclusive evidence against her presented as of 24 days in. I’m going back through again before this concludes.
Judge promised to address rule 14. She ignored the fact that she said she would address. A big middle finger to all the citizens of Massachusetts. Today or tomorrow borrow NEVER happened! Shame on her!
Who got the leaf blower? Where did it come from? How long did it take him to go get the leaf blower? in relation to those videos where was John's head and how much blood was collected from the area that his head was in how deep did they go? Did they take any lawn scrapings? The blood saturated the grass area too many questions that weren't asked.
Honestly…. I am a 64 year old retired woman who had a very successful career and I am always happy when I see women in power exercising authority. Trust me, I know how hard it can be to get there. Now… how frustrating it is to see this judge making a fool of herself with her demeanor, attitude in court towards the defense attorneys, obvious bias ruling…etc. 😞. I can’t express how sorry I am for everyone in court for having to see this. Get a grip on yourself judge, this is shameful.
Ive watched many of the American trials and i have never heard a judge blurt out during important questioning that there taking a 5 minute break. For what reason would she say that? Since the beginning of this trial, she has sighed when the defence is asking questions, never the state. I cant believe that shes actually still sat in that chair and she hasnt been removed & replaced
Its insane that when the defense asked That the Judge be removed from overseeing this case due to bias she can rule on it herself. How does that make any sense, an outside judge, not from Boston should be able to make the decision, this entire case is unbelievable.
She’s is strict on breaks and ending the day in court is done on behalf of court employees and jury. Her sighing is annoying, especially because she is constantly asking others to speak up, you’d think she would have self awareness on that aspect
