That first story is genuinely wholesome.

Gotta love the first story. It's literally an arrangement where everyone wins. Lady has someone to watch her dog, and for a low price and the guy gets some side money in exchange for doing basically what everyone else in the office does for free with their own dogs. I'm glad she didn't make an issue out of the situation because it was working out for everyone.

The story about Otis was heart-warming. Odd for an 'idontworkhere' story.

The First One Has To Be The First Non-Karen Story Ever, Right?

When a wild Karen confronts you, turn the tables on them. Talk in a condescending manner about how rude and unprofessional they are and demand to see their manager so you can get them fired. Keep going until they're red in the face or back down.

I came here expecting disaster, and got a wholesome dog story.

I love the Otis story, and I totally get his owner's point--doggie daycare can cost hundreds of dollars a week, especially for one-on-one time with a caretaker. It was a weird situation, but both parties got what they wanted, and Otis got loved, so that's amazing!

I liked the Otis dog story, yes it was a misunderstanding and a bit weird situation but at least the dog was nice and well behaved, and the lady was fairly nice. Always Nice to hear stories that turn out good for everyone, like all the videos though, I love the different voices

That last story's comment about the people parking on someone's property while at church... Makes me think that the friend who owned the towing company actually resorted to going to that guy's place every sunday because he basically struck a goldmine lmao

i used to live out in the country, and across the road some neighbors would have a huge 4th of july party every year. im talking 50+ people. their friends decided that since i had a big driveway and yard that they could just park at my house. i wasnt having it. i went over and told them that their friends had to get their shit off my property within an hour. an hour came and went. i went back and told them that if their cars werent gone in 5 minutes they wouldnt like the results. 10 minutes later i went out and slashed every tire, and left a note on every car reminding them that i told them to get their shit off my property. that i gave them more than enough time, and warned them that if they didnt, they wouldnt like the consequences. the sheriff was called, but since they werent invited to my house, and by law it was trespassing, there was nothing he could do except tell *_THEM_* that they were just going to have to get new tires. one tried to take it to civil court, but it was thrown out. the moral of this story: stay the hell away from where your not welcome, and stay off property you dont have prior permission to be on.

The lady in the first story is what I call "The Anti-Karen"

I had a basset hound myself when I was a kid so hearing Otis' story made me laugh and think about my own dog. They're easily the world's chillest dogs with the sweetest dispositions. And I'm glad his owner allowed him to stay! She probably realized that Otis brought a lot of joy to OP and the office and since he was happy, decided her mistake was worth it.

That first story just warms my heart. It's always the big doggos that have the most gentle demeanors, same with their owners. (At least in my experience as a dog groomer, haha!)

The first story is indeed wholesome. I expected it to go downhill at any moment, but all is well that ends well. About the woman with the doctor's appointment, considering that she didn't know the name of the doctor and that her husband tried to pull her away, I wouldn't be surprised if she had an early form of dementia.

The woman with the doctors appointment: How DENSE can someone be? I have no words for this. The story with the driveway: If you park behind them and don't let them out for a longer time (1 hour, or maybe even a couple hours), can the police do something? Because if not i would note the license plates of the cars and if someone parks there a second or third time (after being told not to park there) i'd just block them for a few hours.

14:40 I have a similar story involving my Dad. He’d been living on a new housing estate for about a month. His house was right next to the show home and people would CONSTANTLY park in his driveway. Unfortunately, there was nothing the real estate company could do except for put up a sign. It didn’t really solve anything and it was, quite frankly, infuriating.

I love that first story about the dog. And the happy ending. And she was smart enough and grateful enough to know and understand that the one on one treatment and price was a great deal for all involved. That's how business is supposed to work (in an ideal situation) when both parties are happy and satisfied. I love these stories and the occasional and rare happy ending is just a bonus!

The lady who barged into the college student's house while they were naked should have been arrested for trespassing. Not like OP invited her in, she forced her way into the building while OP was wrapped in a towel. That could have easily landed one or the other of them in prison for sexual assault had one or the other had different intentions, especially once the door was locked behind her. She needs to learn that she can't go barging into people's houses just because she's angry at them, because I doubt that scare would be enough to hammer that point in.
