Dear HP: Have you all lost your minds? This was clear, articulate, right to the point, and showed me everything I needed to do, and it didn't spend 24 minutes doing it. If you keep acting like professionals, you're gonna end up getting more repeat customers. I thought companies didn't do that anymore.
