This is a quick but SUPER effective TOTAL BODY HIIT cardio circuit - no equipment needed, under 10 minutes. If you are looking for a great at home workout HIIT workouts are incredibly effective. This total body workout at home will having you feeling the burn in no time and if you are feeling extra strong - REPEAT IT TWICE.
