I guess when they "come back" it's not necessarily to be with you, but it show you how far you've come. That's how I choose to see it anyway. All of the people who have walked out of my life walked out for a reason. Most times I don't know what that reason is, but my life always turns out for the better by not having them in it. Sometimes you're meant to learn the lessons they bring with them. And then you let them go.

They start blaming themselves, All sorts of feelings and emotions creep up and we start to analyze every word been said. We are are our worst critics and devalue ourselves to the core. This is not true!! You are worth everything to your friends and family, even the almighty above. Someday, someone will love you deeply and appreciate you in the same way. When these circumstances happen, its not your fault! It's the person who left you for someone else, because in their mind, they believe they're getting a better deal. However, if you are doing right by them, its a problem they have NOT you!!! Look at it this way, if she was truly invested and really loved you, her eyes would not wonder unless she is after someone with something specific to offer and in that case she will flee. Guys- we got fixed on one thing, but now that I listened back after all this time- I missed the important bit Susan mentions over and over again. The person who they rejected must be transformed. We put ourselves on hold kind off, inadvertly aiming to dodge the metaphysics, but if we continue to operate from the abandonment wound, they will never resonate with us and we will not rekindle the sparkle. The goal is transformation, and once we heal, we will not hold it against them that they did not want a toxic connection. That is the moment we will either rekindle the spark or move on-either way-it will not effect us in bad way like before.
