Is it possible to remove the right oil seal of the right brake without removing the upper cover of the differential mechanism and without tightening the large sprocket going to the rear wheel?
@CanadianRedneck15
@CanadianRedneck15 5 дней назад
No, the seal goes in from the inside, you have to remove the axle and move the bull gear to pull the brake shaft housing out. Thanks for watching!

Bonjour Dave. Merci
@CanadianRedneck15
@CanadianRedneck15 12 дней назад
If the PTO lever wasn't in gear and the sliding collar didn't come out with the PTO shaft you will have to find it in the bottom of the case and put it on the new shaft before installing. It would be best to remove the PTO lever until you get the shaft in place, than you will be able to get the lever in the groove in the sliding collar. Thanks for watching!

@@CanadianRedneck15

@@vidal.damien Use a magnet (or someone with small hands) through the PTO hole to grab the sliding collar. No need to remove the lift unit.

Merci

@@vidal.damien The sliding collar is about 2 1/2" diameter x 2" thick. Yes just reach in through the back.

@CanadianRedneck15

The shift fork could be bent so the gear doesn't fully engage or the teeth are worn like a wedge and force it out of gear when under pressure. Thanks for watching!
