These are great! I will start these as soon as my achilles tendinitis calms down! 😞 How frequently per week (or per day) should this routine be done? Or...how much is too much. 🙂
Thanks for the video. I need to choose between SAGA, and another one in Australia called bfrcuff. Bfrcuff is manually inflated, and you use an equation with cuff width, limb circumference to get the required cuff pressure. Ive been told these and this method is more accurate and robust than SAGA. Theyre of similar cost, saga is $100 more. Which would you choose? Are the SAGA cuff accurate enough? Thanks
I do this same setup, I made the platforms to stand on a bit higher but. Get a few rubber gym mats cut them to size. I stacked about 8 each side of the 15mm thick ones 👍🏻 works a treat!
Thanks for sharing the multiple ways to use this machine. I've been using this as alternative to the back extension for the sake of variation. It's good to know that it can be used in multiple ways.
Never thought about the fact that thightness in the posterior shoulder could limit my scapula in moving upwards 🤔 Thank you, I will try this out 🤙 Like!
I’ve not found a cheap one that works well. Lots of people use compression bands (aka voodoo bands) but they suck for consistently reproducing pressure and trapping metabolites. Other cheaper ones aren’t wide enough
1. reverse hypers create a light distraction on the back 2. they take the back through motion vs an RDL where you try to minimize spine motion 3. they are WAY less fatiguing so can be done more frequently 4. no compression on the spine if that current irritates back pain
