✨THE WORKOUT: 5-Minute Kettlebell Abs (No Repeats) ✨
► EQUIPMENT: Single Kettlebell or One Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbell. I'm using a 20-30 lb Kettlebell.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 5 Kettlebell Ab Exercises
✔️ Timed Intervals (perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work, followed by 20 seconds of rest)
✔️ Perform All 5 Ab Exercises x1 Set

I liked the Overhead Pull + Glute Bridge March for a way to also target the lats... love it. Adding in the chest press in the last move was great, too! Love that you make ab workouts that are more than just crunches or holding a plank... thanks!

I'm also surprised this is the first kettlebell ab workout you guys have filmed! Keep them coming, please. I used a 20 lb dumbbell. Great finisher after the Team NML strength and tabata 💪🍌

I was so excited to see this in my feed! I love the challenging add-ons. I went through it with a 20# kb but was unsatisfied with my effort. Because it was so short, I had time to repeat it with a 30# and really felt it! I'm looking forward to doing this program often. Thank you!!
