Who find themselves watching more than actually doing the routine work out. I attempted to do this and this is hard 😢 but I do hear it gets better, so I will continue to do it.
This purposeful body training will not only contribute to good strong health, mentally , physically and emotionally, but also keep people's minds better equipped and occupied with positive vibes, instead of planning negative stuff.
How are they able to smile and look so happy while doing this squats. We tried this last week Tuesday at my gym. Even up to this morning, we are all in pains. Some people felt feverish the next day after the squats. This is not easy but the results are real and instant 4:49

No one will grow their butt by doing this but you will develop strong legs and your heart will be full of joy. Love how he's created community with this form of exercise which is the best thing about this. It's brought out the young, old, men, women and the elderly. The music, the joy and the togetherness ❤️

Are big butts popular on men in Africa? Is there a tribe where this is sought after? . I’m only asking because I watching a documentary the other week about a tribe who has an annual contest to see what man can get the biggest belly. There is also an Indian tradition ( an ethnic group) who has a contest on the largest hump on the back of the man’s neck. So to me this guys butt and hips are very shapely. I think the lead guy is just genetically gifted for having that proportioned of his behind. Not for squat alone. Show us his before and after figure for us to see and compare.
🎉he way your butt is built is genetics and very little you can do to change that .. sorry. Not everyone has the same muscle structure on their back side.
