This popped up as I opened YT to see which workout i can do to loosen up the body. I like the speed of chandra namaskar for this one as body waking up and can balance.
This was a fantastic workout. Really felt it in the quads and those "dirty window" washers took some concentration to focus on moving arms only without shoulder movement.
Hope she invents at least some creative (if not cutting-edge) yoga poses in the future, tired of air of repetition - from a forever fan and fan forever!
