4 pork neck chops
Salt and pepper to taste
80 ml. Wine Rosé Syrah
1/2 cup of water - 80 ml.
250 gr. mushrooms
40 gr. of butter
50 gr. Bulgarian Lukanka - Chorizo
50 gr. Smoked pork loin
4 pieces of processed cheese
2 pickled cucumbers (sterilized)
Hammer the chops with a hammer, salt and sprinkle with ground black pepper.
Grease a baking sheet with oil and put the meat on it.
Cut the onion into circles and cover the meat with it. Add salt and season with a little pepper.
Pour in the wine and water. Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated 180 ℃ oven for 30-40 minutes or until the wine and water have evaporated.
During this time, slice the mushrooms and fry them in butter until golden brown. Finally, salt.
Cut the cucumbers into sticks, the lukanka (salami) is cut into slices.
When the meat is baked, remove the foil and top with mushrooms.
On top, put cucumbers, lukanka (chorizo), smoked fillet and melted cheese.
Bake the meat at 200 ℃ until the cheese is melted and serve hot.
