Tik Tok Wrap Hack… but healthy & WFPB! Today we are making the viral Tik Tok tortilla wraps… but with lots of veggies & healthy whole food plant based ingredients! This wrap hack usually uses flour tortillas, but I thought it would be fun to switch it up and use different (and healthier!) wrap options. All 5 wrap options are gluten-free, vegan and easy to make (or buy)! We even have some homemade (and Whole Food Plant Based!) wrap options. 6 Recipes, 5 Wrap Options... Hope you guys enjoy!

🌱 Buckwheat Wraps
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 cup water + 1/2 cup plant milk (or 1 1/2 cups plant milk is ok too!)
Optional: seasoning*
*For these wraps, I added 1/2 tsp. vanilla so they could be used for sweet wraps. But you can also add a pinch of salt, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, etc. for a savory wrap instead.. or of course you can also leave them plain!
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk until no lumps remain (or add to a blender and blend for 20 seconds). Heat a pan on medium high heat, add 1/3 cup of batter and swirl the pan to spread out the batter. Heat 3-4 minutes on the first side, and then 1-2 minutes on the second side.

🌱 Red Lentil Wraps
1 cup split red lentils
2 cups water
Rinse the lentils well before placing them in a bowl to soak 8-12 hours. When ready to blend, *do not drain the water or rinse the lentils*! Add the lentils + soaking water directly into the blender & blend on high speed for about a minute (or until the batter is smooth). Heat a pan on medium heat. Use a ladle to add batter and spread it with the back of the spoon. Heat 3-4 minutes on the first side, and then 1-2 minutes on the second side.
