Hamelin has over 50 videos free between his RU-vid and Vimeo accounts. The amount of free content he provides is generous! I love the FB group as well. It’s probably going to be a while before I get a consultation, but the information from the FB really does help a lot! 😊 I like to do my homework before booking an appointment

How do I access the 3-week rotation on Facebook??

@@krihunt08 The 3-week rotation is no longer available because Hamelin moved away from Vimeo to a new web platform, so the links to the Vimeo videos don’t work anymore. However, you can still go to his RU-vid channel to try the workouts that are still there.

@@junebug0609 Thanks so much!!! There are quite a few to choose from and not much of an explanation for each type of video’s purpose. Is there a particular order of the workouts you’d recommend in any given week?

As always this is wonderful information. I needed to be reminded of the visualization technique. I definitely need to do that I truly believe it’s so powerful. And yeeeessss I need to remember we are mentally stronger than we think and just need to say “yes I can” when working with the sliders. They’re killers! He sounds so genuine based on your consultation with him, love that he often said what works for you. Love that.

I love the 1 hour inch loss. I have course 1. Too much cardio causes me to gain fat so definitely everyone is different. I’m 50 so probably a cortisol issue. Thanks for introducing his method to me! I don’t do it exclusively but adding it in 1-2x per week has been really beneficial. 😊

That’s one of the many things I love about Hamelin - he doesn’t dissuade anyone from doing what they like! Kudos to you for finding your formula - clearly you have been tuning in!

I just tried inch loss and loved the cardio woven into it!!! It reminded me of interval training which my body likes a lot better than continuous cardio. Will you move on to course 2? And how long will you stay on course 1?

Given I’m investing in this holistic doctor to deal with some things - I’m putting the vodder appointment on hold but what a treat it will be to go to a specialist and be debloated!!! The before and after photos alone will be well worth it 😃

He was so great! At the end of my consult, he said there is an opportunity to meet up halfway or at the end. Did he tell you that as well? I kind of just said great! But don’t know how that happens. 🤣🤷🏼‍♀️

Rachel, it's my last week of the 3 week rotation. I'm excited to start with TMW :) Regarding the move, you mentioned: what's important is that your upper body is aligned with your legs (straight) and your core is engaged. It's more about the different leg muscles and glutes and the core. The other version, when we are on our elbow, targets also the obelisks. Your head just need to be aligned with your body. It doesn't matter, if you lay down completely or hold it in your palm.

Hi Rache! I second this. It's common in Pilates. The upper body needs to be aligned so it doesn't matter I'd you hand is supporting your head, on.your hip or in front of your abdomen on the floor, as long as the abdomen is engaged Xoxo

Hi Rachel! I ended up purchasing the new model workout released on HDB’s site. Because communication has been hard to come by from him, I’m turning to you for clarity on the workout’s instructions! Am I supposed to do each class 6-8 times in a row before moving onto the next class? Seems a bit monotonous, non? Thanks for your help! Love your videos!

Oh no! Did you request to join the Hamelin community? If you are a part of that FB group, you can select the “feature” tab and scroll down until you find the 3 week rotation shared.

Hey there! Which workouts are you referring to? To be fair, the website isn’t the best. If you are looking for the free rotator, you will need to connect with the Hamelin team on the site and ask to be invited to the Hamelin FB group. If that is too much trouble lots of his workouts are on RU-vid and Vimeo. Just search Hamelin and there is a big mix out there. At the very least gives you a sense if you are interested or not.

Hey Rachel I love your videos and I know this is off topic but I remember you mentioning that you think you are a kibbe body type, soft dramatic. I watch aly art and she did a comparison with Irina Shayk and it hit me that is what I think you look like. Flamboyant natural. Just felt like an epiphany for me.

I love Aly’s channel!!!! And I love even more being compared to a super model! Come a long way from being told I look like Jimmy Neutron (during my high school days). I’ll have to check out that video. Given my big bust, super long features and some other things I’ve been convinced I’m SD - but I’ve been wrong before!

If you want to build muscle and protect your bones, you need to lift a heavy enough weight to trigger that process. That’s been shown repeatedly through research studies. You don’t want to figure that out when you’re 60 and fall and break your hip because all you’ve done are light weight exercises.
