I wish everybody who reads this will ask questions about and join the challenge and academy. No one should miss what we are getting. It's only day 4, and I'm amazed at how I'm taking my steps with no aches and pain, but GOD!! I feel like a teenager! I really do!!!

Just found this channel, I’m not a cook at all. I’m 19 years old and live with my mom and visit my dad a lot so that’s probably why 😂 I thought of making something different that my dad and siblings never had and “sweet pasta” came to mind as I was wondering if it was a thing and then this video came to my rescue. Were gonna see how good it tastes real soon
Great video, Melissa. You made some excellent points. I just wanted to add that if a person is not planning on consuming their fresh juice right away or plan on consuming it a little bit over a period of time, then of the various methods presented freezing works best. Invest in quite a few ice cube trays, freeze the juice, and when they want to consume it reconstitute the juice in a blender with a little infused water (or just plain water). Some people do not like using a microwave to thaw their frozen juice, but that is another way to go, especially if they are time-pressed. Also, please do keep in mind that in addition to oxidation, bacteria can ruin the juice. It might be a good idea to pasteurize the fresh juice before you store it. Although it is a bit more involved (and some people say it ruins the juice in some way or another), better safe than sorry--especially if others in the household are consuming it with you. Thank you, I will add the carrots to my existing juice regimen, I stopped using all oils and daily I comb the natural sebum from scalp to ends my hair is unbelievably moisturized. I love your hair!!!!

Welcome back my favorite vegan RU-vidr. I was wondering what happened to you. I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your father. I too know this type of pain. My dad was a devout muslim, for many years. He had a spiritual experience, the day of his death. His was ill. His speech became very slurred, the morning he passed away. It was complete gibberish, and he was in so much pain. He kept his eyes closed, while he was grimacing in pain. He was very weak. I held my dad in my arms, rocking, crying, and praying for him, telling him about Jesus, even up until his death. All of a sudden, my dad sat straight up. His eyes opened extremely wide. He went completely silent. He stared across the room, and pointed his finger. I knew he was experiencing something. After a few seconds, he collapsed in my arms. His speech became extremely clear. What came out of his mouth, were the following words: "Please LORD forgive me"! After that, he went back into a babbling, gibberish state, and then passed away. I cried, because I had been praying for years, for my dad's salvation. God was faithful. He answered my prayer that day, after that, my father went on to be with the LORD!
No words. Glory to God. Sherry. This testimony…shook my core!!! I’m so grateful you experienced this sacred moment with your father. The literal fruition of your prayers. And how precious Abba gave you the honor to cradle him. You were Jesus’ hands, heart and arms for him in his last moments. God is so proud of you. I pray God continues to honor your faith. May you never doubt God’s work in your life. Thank you for sharing ❤️
